My Story

My name is Alejandro De Jesus, and I am delighted to say hello to you through this letter. I hope you are doing well. Before telling you my latest news, I want you to know that my oldest sister, Carla Tecu, helped me to give all this information to an AAC member to update you about my life. We are grateful to LW because all the staff has always talked to me about Jesus. It has truly blessed us a lot. At the moment we do not attend any church. The ones who support my needs and expenses are my sisters, especially my oldest sister Carla. She is a 20-year-old healthy lady.  She works by putting products in a supermarket, which is located in a gas station. Now, I want to open my heart and tell you that my mom has problems with alcohol. Her full name is Ana Xiloj Xam, and she is 51 years old. Besides that, I do not know anything about my father. His full name is Carlos Efrain Tecu. Therefore, I would love to count on your prayers for my family.

As for me, let me tell you that I am 15 years old, and this year, I attended eighth grade. I prefer to receive face-to-face classes because it is much better to learn and understand the lessons. Our economic situation has not gone well lately. My older sisters struggled a lot to support my school supplies this year. I want to continue studying because my dream is to become an accountant. I also would love to speak Korean. My favorite season is summer because of the hot weather and vacation. I like drinking Coca-Cola, and my favorite pastime is running. My family and I do not celebrate birthdays because of a lack of money, but I would love to do it someday. I send you many kisses and hugs. I hope to hear from you soon. Take care of yourself!
