My Story

It is a wonderful day to send my greetings through this and I hope you are doing great! My name is Iker Ulises Martinez Martinez. I am 13 years old. I attend 6^th grade and my classes are on the morning shift. I spend my weekends riding a bicycle. The food I love are black beans and mashed potatoes. My mother does the housework at home. My father now makes a living by selling medicines, and thanks to his job, we have for our needs.

I am very thankful to God and Living Water for all the blessings I receive through the program. The medical and dental care and the food I have received means a big help for me and my family. Someday, I would like to join the staff and serve other children. We are members of the Church God is Good; we have accepted Jesus into our hearts. I want you to pray for my family´s health, especially for my grandma´s health because she is sick. This time a member of the LW staff prayed with us and encouraged us to continue trusting in God and his mercy. Let me tell you that my mother gave this information to the LW staff to share news about me. Take care. I pray our Lord continues blessing you wherever you go!
