I thank you for taking your time to read my personal information. My name is Jose Armando Osorio Carias. I am 17 years old. I am attending 9th grade, and I pick study guides to do the homework. I usually communicate with my teacher by WhatsApp, so I have internet at home. Fortunately, I am doing well in my studies. I do the homework, and then, I help with some household work. During the pandemic time, I missed attending the feeding program and the activities the team prepared for us. Thank God, the program is open again; I walk 15 minutes to arrive. My father is working on a farm and is the one who supplies our home needs. I do not have my mother with me because she has already died. By the grace of God, we are in good health. I like to spend good time with my family, and we usually eat dinner together and talk about our day. Last Christmas we celebrated by eating “tamales” (a typical dish), and it was a cheerful time at home.
We stopped attending church for a while, and this time, a member of the LW team encouraged me to return and continue seeking from God. My brother Franklin is a teacher at Sunday school from Liberty Church. We own the house in which we live, and we share it with two of my siblings. There are three rooms and a separate kitchen; those are made of blocks, tin sheets roof and a ceramic floor. We have water and electricity services. The house condition is good for now. In spite of the difficulties the pandemic brought to the world, we could go ahead thanks to God´s faithfulness. In addition, we received grocery bags from Living, and we felt so blessed because it helped us a lot. Finally, I want to let you know that the LW team called us and asked for this updated information. They gave us an appointment in the program, so I provided it to them in person. Keep safe. May God bless you greatly!
Kind regards,
Jose Armando Osorio Carias
