I feel blessed to greet you through this. I am Donoban Enrique Cac Mendez, and I am twelve years old. This year I am in fifth grade, and currently, I am receiving face-to-face classes at school from Monday to Friday. I have been doing very well in my studies so far. I really like to study! In my free time, I help by doing some chores at home. I really missed the delicious lunch I enjoyed in the feeding program. Thankfully, it is open again after being closed due to the pandemic, so I get there in ten minutes from home by walking. My father works as a mason to support my family economically. My mom stays home doing chores and raising domestic animals. In the afternoons, we take time to talk, laugh and watch TV programs. We do not usually celebrate Christmas. We prepared some lunch for the family only. For now, we are attending Full Gospel Church that is located ten minutes away from home by walking. At the time the church was closed due to the pandemic, we felt sad. Currently our services are normal, thank God.
We own a house with three rooms and a separate kitchen. The house is made of cement block and wooden boards, the roof of tin sheets and the floor of cement. It has electricity and running water. The house condition is good. The pandemic affected us a bit, but we always had what we needed to survive, thank God. I take this time to thank the feeding program for the grocery bags we received. It was all a great blessing and help for my family and me because food supplies are a great need at home. Thank you very much. Thank God, we are all doing well, at the moment. Lastly, I want you to know that dad gave this information to an Evangelism team member to share with you my last news. I hope to hear from you soon. I say goodbye to you for now.
Lots of blessings,
Donoban Enrique Cac Mendez
