Hello! My name is Katherine Yamileth. I am 12 years old and I attend 5th grade. I receive classes by WhatsApp, and sometimes, I go to school. I send the homework by WhatsApp every 2 or 3 days. For me, it is very difficult to understand the lesson because I do not receive a good explanation of the lessons. In addition, I do not have much help from my teacher. My father works as mechanic helper and is the one who supports our family expenses. My mother is a housewife.
Unfortunately, this covid-19 pandemic has affected my family´s economy because most of the food products got expensive, and we do not always have resources to buy them. Fortunately, we receive support from my school. God has been so good with us and is taking care of us. We are so grateful for the grocery bags that Living Water / Adopt A Child has been giving us during this pandemic situation. We give thanks because thanks to your support, we received this help. Thank God, we are fine and the coronavirus has not affected us so far. We attend a Christian Church on Sundays. I want to let you know that a member of the AAC team called my mother, Michel Agustin by phone to get this updated information since the feeding program is still closed due to the pandemic. I hope to hear from you soon. Many blessings!
Hugs with much love,
Katherine Yamileth Lopez Agustin
