Hello! Thank you very much for being interested in reading my updated information. My name is Wilson David Jimon Osorio. I am a 16-year-old boy. I thank God for keeping my family and me healthy. I attend 9th grade at school and receive classes all week. Fortunately, I could move forward in my studies in the middle of the pandemic. I love the meals I receive in the feeding program; it was what I missed while the program was closed because of the pandemic. I get to the program in 20 minutes by micro-bus. My father earns a living by farming the land and is responsible for our home needs. My mother stays busy with the chores at home. We usually take a break in the afternoons, eat snacks and chat about anything. The Christmas celebration for us is preparing “tamales” (a typical food) and meeting up with our relatives; it is a joyful time.
My family and I attend Emanuel Assembly of God Church, and it is 10 minutes away from home. We felt sad when we could not attend church and praise our Lord because of the pandemic restrictions. Thank God, we live in our own property. There are three rooms, and the kitchen is separate. Those are made of adobe, tin sheet roof and a dirt floor. We have water and electricity services. Fortunately, the house condition is good. My family was affected in the economic area due to a lack of work because of the arrival of the pandemic, and it was a hard time for us. Thank God, we were blessed with food parcels from Living Water; we felt so happy to receive them because it helped us to have food on our table. God bless you for your support. At the moment, our greatest needs are groceries. In closing, I want to let you know that the LW team called us and asked for this updated information, so my mother provided it to them over the phone. Take care. Every blessing for you!
Special regards,
Wilson David Jimon Osorio
