My Story

Hello! I want to start this letter by praying that God’s peace be always with you. My name is Jefferson De La Cruz Yat, and I am pleased to tell you that I had a lot of success at school last year. I am a healthy 12-year-old girl, and I attend the fourth grade. I am grateful to the Lord for blessing me with wisdom and allowing me to increase my knowledge. I want you to know that my family and I attend a Methodist Church called Rock of Salvation. I like my church because I have learned a lot about Jesus, my Savior. There are engaging activities that you can take part in, but our favorites are the Thanksgiving services for the harvest.

Let me tell you that my whole family is doing well, fortunately. My mother has been the one who supports our family after my father passed away. I admire her ability to express her feelings. She is dedicated to weaving typical belts and raising chickens to sell. Now, I want you to know that my best friend’s name is Luis. We usually meet to play soccer with other children in the village. It is time to say goodbye, but I want to tell you that my mother and I shared all this information with LW so you could hear from me. I hope you found this engaging.
