I am Jose Eduardo Francisco Gomez, and it is a joy for me to greet you through this. I am eleven years old. This year I am in fifth grade at school. On Tuesday every two weeks, my sister goes to school to receive study guides for me to work at home. Understanding classes has turned difficult for me at times, so it has affected me. I missed everything from the feeding program, the time it was closed due to the pandemic. The program is open again, thank God. For me to get there, it takes five minutes by walking. My father passed away many years ago, sadly. My mom works as a housemaid to provide for our household expenses.
The only time we can spend as a family, it’s dinner, so we eat, talk, share and enjoy this time together. We had a small gathering at home, the way we celebrated Christmastime. I am the only one who attend Fourthsquare Church, at the moment. The time the church was closed due to the pandemic, I felt sad, for I could not attend it. Now I am attending it, thankfully. The small and humble one-room house we live in, is made of tin sheets for the walls and the roof, and it has dirt floor. It has electricity, and an aunt of mine, provides water to us by using plastic containers, because we do not have running water. My mom washes our clothes at my aunt’s house. Please pray for us to have this vital liquid at home one day. Thank you for your prayers! The house condition is fair. My mom got sick with Covid-19 during the pandemic and couldn't work for a while. Food supplies is a greatest need for us, that’s why, I thank to the feeding program for the grocery bags we received in that difficult time. It was a great help for us. For now, my mom is doing well, and so is the rest of us, thank to God. To finish, I want you to know, I gave this information to an Evangelism team member to share with you my last news. I say good bye to you for now. Thank you for taking time and reading this.
