Hello! Thank you very much for read my personal information. My name is Mynor Danilo Rodriguez Hernandez, and I am 15 years old. Finally, last year I was registered at school and I was in 7th grade, therefore, this year I am in 8th grade. Actually, I am receiving classes at school once per week, and my teachers assigns me homework. I need to have internet in my phone to use WhatsApp to communicate with my teacher. There are times when I do not understand the lessons and it is very hard for me to do the homework. In my free time, I help to collect firewood. I want to tell you that I missed attending the feeding program and I missed the food the team served us. Thank God, the program is open again. My home is located about one hour from the program. My father works as a farmer and day laborer, he is the one who supplies our home needs. My mother is a housewife and in addition, she weaves typical blouses to sell and help herself economically. We are in good health, thanks to the Lord.
My family and I like to spend good time; we occasionally share some snack in the afternoon. At home, we do not celebrate Christmas due to lack of resources. We attend Church of Christ and we walk one hour to there. During the pandemic, we were attending church and pray, and currently, we are having normal services. We are living in the house of one brother of my mother, and we are not paying for rent. There are two rooms and a separate kitchen. Those are made of adobe, tin sheets roof and cement floor. We have running water and electricity. Fortunately, the house is okay. Unfortunately, this pandemic is still affecting us because it is very difficult to find to get a job in our village. My family and I are so grateful to Living Water because they blessed us with food parcels during the pandemic, it was really helpful to us since it covered our main needs. At home our principal needs are groceries and corn. To finish, I want to let you know that the LW team called us and asked for this updated information, so one of my brothers provided it to them over the phone. I send much love and I hope to hear from you soon. Every blessing for you!
Hugs with much love,
Mynor Danilo Rodriguez Hernandez
