My Story

I hope you are doing great! I wanted to send you a big hug in this letter. I have so many fun things to tell you! This is Karen Camila Isabella Camey Brizuela. Recently, I turned 10 years old. I am working hard in 4^th grade at school. I have been attending the feeding program for two years, and it has been a big blessing to me. What I like best are hearing the Bible verses. I enjoy good health. During the afternoons, I like to help at home sweeping and cleaning the table. In Guatemala, it is the rainy season, and I really like it.

I have a beautiful family so my parents make an effort to provide the best for all of us. My father makes a living working as an accounting assistant and he is in good health. My mother stays at home doing her chores and taking care the family. Sometimes, she sells products by Catalog in order to earn extra money.  I would like to ask for your prayers for her because she was diagnosed with a fibroid cyst. She received treatment in the Guatemalan Social Security but unfortunately, she stopped working and lost this benefit. Now, she attends a private doctor to continue her treatment. My family attends a Christian Church called “Unsion”. We are all Christians who love God and we are sure of our salvation. My parents send their thanks for the support and different benefits that their children receive. This is all for now until next time!
