My Story

Hello! My name is Ania Demelli. I am 11 years old and my birthday is on June. I am doing well and keeping healthy. My favorite colors are black and white, and my future dream is to study justice and law so that I can become advocate. I go to sixth grade secondary school where I spend the first part of the day taking the classes and learning different subjects. My favorite subject I enjoy studying the best is Mathematics. Besides studying I have a good time with my classmates of school. We have lots of fun and nice conversations during the lesson breaks. When I return from school, I meet with my friends who live near my house and we spend a while playing or fellowshipping. Sometimes, we all chose to take short walks in the roads in front of our flats and houses. When I enter inside the house, first I do some cleaning so I can be of help to my mother and afterwards I care for my younger sister. I have a brother and a sister. My brother is 13 years old and my sister is four years old. When the three of us are in the house and while my parents are working, we spend time playing together and I care for all that my younger sister needs. My brother goes to school too and my sister goes to kindergarten. My brother and I sit to study for a few hours in the house and we do this when my mother comes from working, so she can care for our younger sister. During the weekends, or when my parents are free, we like to take walks around the town. I like these walks because we get fresh air, play in the park by the lake and my parents buy for me sweets and drink in the way. My family consists of five members. We live in the town of Pogredec. Our house is in good conditions of living. My father and mother are working full time in a shop, selling different things. They both provide what is most needed through their monthly salaries and we are happy that we are not living in poverty. Even through, the income in our family is not high and we have financial hardships. I have a friend from school and she suggested me to join the Bible classes of the church in Pogredec, I liked the activities of the program and I am now registered, after frequenting for a while, together with my younger sister. We are very happy to come to the program and we receive help and care physically and spiritually. Thank you from our hearts for all and God bless you richly.
