I am Juana Liliana. I am 16 years old and I live along with my parents and siblings. I attend 9th grade and I receive virtual classes. I have to deliver my homework to my teacher twice a week at my school. I do not like this homeschooling method because the learning is lower than face-to-face classes. However, I am doing my best to move forward in my studies. My father is a farmer and my mother is a housewife. She looks after cows and pigs.
I want to let you know that a member of the AAC team called my mother, Maria Ventura by phone to get this updated information since the feeding program is still closed due to the pandemic. Thanks to God, the covid-19 pandemic has not affected my family´s income since my father has had a job, but it has affected us in our studies. In spite of the difficulties, we are sure that our Lord has never left us alone. We are deeply thankful to Living Water / Adopt A Child who have blessed us with groceries which are really helpful for us. My family and I want to give thanks to you and LW staff for the hard work they do to deliver help to children during the pandemic. Thank God, my family and I are healthy and nobody has been infected with covid-19 so far. We are Catholics but due to the pandemic, we are not attending. I leave you for now but I send much love. Every blessing for you!
With much love,
Juana Liliana Benito Ventura
