My Story

Good afternoon! My full name is Maria Anahi Cux Tiniguar and I feel blessed to belong to the Feeding Program for 1 year. My mother registered me because my relatives told her about the benefits for free and she felt encouraged to take me. She is thankful for the support I get in the Project and I enjoy attending the Bible classes because we pray to the Lord.

I live with my mother at home, and my maternal grandmother Maria takes care of me when my mother is working. Currently, my mother is working in a bookstore from Zacualpa town to sustain me. My grandmother does the chores at home, and she raises and sells her hens to get some income. By the grace of God, my grandmother, mother and I are in good health.

We belong to the Catholic Church and we learn about God and how to be good people. We are secure in our salvation in Jesus because we have already received Jesus in our hearts, and someday, we will be in heaven. My mother shared this information to the LW teacher, and she would like to ask for your prayers for my grandmother for her health and strength to continue taking care of me. I wash dishes at home and I fold my clean clothing at home. I am in 1^st grade and I am 7 years old. I love hot weather because I am able to visit the swimming pools and to have a nice time.
