My Story

It is a blessing to say hello to you through this letter. This is Mara Sucely, and I hope you are doing well. Let me tell you that my family and I faithfully attend Liberty Church every Sunday. We accepted Jesus as our Lord and Savior. Fortunately, none of us has gotten sick so far. My father, Armando Grave, is 36 years old. He continues working in a gas station to support our needs. My mother, Martha Ixcotoyac, is 33 years old. She is still working by selling snacks to help my father with the expenses. Unfortunately, our economic resources are limited. We need food and groceries at home. We are glad because the feeding program is a great help for our family and many others in our community. My sister and I can receive delicious lunches and medicines.

I want you to know that I just turned twelve years old. Nowadays, I am in my fifth year of elementary school. The face-to-face classes help me a lot because I can learn new topics and improve my grades. Unluckily, everything is expensive today, especially school supplies. I would love to become a secretary when I am older. Therefore, I would love to ask for your prayers to accomplish it with God’s grace. Christmas is my favorite holiday. This celebration brings me happiness because people organize lovely and engaging activities in my town. I love drinking orange juice and playing soccer. I enjoy celebrating birthdays, especially if it is mine. My family and I usually prepare delicious snacks to celebrate birthdays at home. That brings me a lot of happiness. I say goodbye to you for now, but I want you to know that a teacher of LW spoke with my mother to collect all this information for you. See you later!
