My Story

It is my pleasure to greet you through this, and I hope you are receiving many blessings from God! Praise the Lord my family and I continue attending Catholic Church; we go on Sundays. This time Living Water staff shared the gospel with us, and we could share some experiences and miracles in our lives. My family and I are in good health, thanks to the Lord. My father is Oscar Danilo Perez Cahuac, and he is 40 years old. He makes a living by farming the land, and he is providing for our home needs. My mother is Karys Ivon Esquipulas Velasquez, and she is 40 years old. She tries to help my father with the expenses by working as a maid near our home. In addition, my older sister is working as a domestic employee and contributes to the income. We have a piece of land where we grow black beans for the family's consumption, and moreover, we raise hens. We have dogs as pets.

I am Madeline Sofia Perez Esquipulas, and I am a 15-year-old girl. I am attending 9^th grade; I like receiving classes at school because I can share time with my friends. Supporting me at school is hard for my parents because of a lack of resources since they do not earn very much. When I grow up, I would like to be a veterinarian. The language I would like to learn is English; it is so interesting. The climate I prefer is winter because it feels very nice taking a nap while it is raining. I love drinking Coca-cola, and it is my favorite beverage. The sport I like the most is football. My family celebrates my birthday with a special lunch at home; they make my day. Being part of the Living Water is a big blessing for me because I receive tasty meals, and medical care in the clinics which is a big help for me and my family. My family needs groceries.
