It is a pleasure to greet you and tell you about my life through this letter. I am Mynor Ronaldo, and I live in a village called Xoljib’. I just turned 13, and I did not want to continue with my studies this year. I now keep busy helping with the chores at home like cutting firewood for our use. I would like to ask for your prayers for my health because I have been suffering from nosebleeds. I have already visited LW clinics and also the health center, but the medicine has only helped me a little. My mother and I are praying for this situation, and we have felt God’s presence in our lives. Jesus is my faithful friend. I have a cousin named Daniel, and we like playing soccer together; we have been friends since we were little children.
As a family, we attend a Methodist Church, and we enjoy it when there is a First Fruit Service. I identify a lot with my father, and I like going out to work with him. My father works as a farmer and day laborer while my mother works hard at home; she raises hens and sells them to improve our income. My paternal grandparents live next to our house, and one of my brothers goes to sleep with them in order to keep them company. Their names are Rosario and Mariano, and they are in their seventies. They are healthy, but there are times that they suffer from body pain due to their age; they only take pills to relieve the pain. Well, I say goodbye to you for now hoping to have news from you soon.
With much love
Mynor Ronaldo Danilo Jimon de la Cruz
