My Story

Hello, I am Isabel and I am happy to greet you this year again. I want to tell you something about my life. Well, I am 16 years old. I send my time helping my mother with the household chores. Currently, my father earns a living by farming the land and working as a day laborer while my mother sometimes works as a day laborer also to improve the incomes. Thank God, we are all healthy and no one has been infected with coronavirus. However, the pandemic affected our work and economy at home, and we survive with the money that the government gave us and with the groceries from my siblings´ school and Living Water. We are very grateful with God for showing us his love and faithfulness this way because we always have food to eat. It has been a big blessing for us to receive the grocery bags from Living Water because all of my family benefited from these. We thank them and every sponsor for helping us when we most needed it. May God pay you back! Fortunately, we can also attend the Catholic Church this year, and we do every Wednesday for one hour only. Finally, there is something important that you need to know and it is that my mother gave this information by telephone to the LW team. It could not be personal because the feeding program is still closed due to the pandemic. I love you so much and I hope to have news from you soon. Take care!

Best wishes,

Isabel Garcia Grave
