Hello and greetings. My name is Amelja. I am 3 years old and my birthday is on December. I am doing well and my health is good. My favorite color is pink and my future dream is to become a medical doctor. I have started recently the kindergarten and during the first week, I had to get used to this change. I spend the first part of the day at kindergarten and now, I have made new friends from my classmates. I like to go there and learn new things. Most of all, after learning, we sing songs, do lots of drawing and coloring and we also play with toys and dolls. When I go in the house, I continue to play inside with dolls and when the weather is nice, I also go out to play with my friends. We play hide and seek, jump with elastics, and do lots of running. After playing, I like to collect my dolls and toys and put them in the drawer, so that the room can be again back to normal. My family consists of seven members including my aunt and grandparents sharing the same home with us, with my parents and youngest sister. We live in a village which is near the town of Prrenjas. We visit this town often, especially on weekends, when they have the open market day. When I am in the town, I like to walk around and play in the park. My grandparents are both old and have retired from their job in agriculture, so their retirement pensions are very small. My parents cover all their costs for living as well as for medicine when needed for them. They are both a big help to us, since we deal with farming and raise animals. My father and mother are both working in our land and plant what, oat, alfalfa so that they can provide stock food that is needed to feed our cows. My aunt helps where she can the most. She stays close to my grandparents carrying for them and she does most of the cooking, while my parents go to work in the field or care for our animals. During the summer, my grandparents take turns to go out in the fields so they can feed the cow. We have milk, cheese and butter provided for consumption, while we keep the cow. My parents plant also vegetables. My mother keeps watering the garden daily till the vegetables grow and are ready to collect. My father goes to work in Greece also because farming is very less beneficial and we need more income for the living. He travels to work in Greece for a season and there he is hired by construction companies. We are happy as family that he has this opportunity of working. Our house is in good condition and we are not very poor, since my father works in Greece and gets a good payment there. Even though, our needs are still a lot and every help is worth. I have an older sister who is also in the program and we go to the Bible classes together. We receive food packages constantly and we are all as family very happy for your kind support. God bless you.
