My Story

Hello, good afternoon! It is such a blessing to greet you through this letter. I am Carlos Emilio de Jesus Morales Chang and I turned 12 years old in May. Fortunately, I am a healthy child and I am doing my best at school as a sixth grader. I prefer the hot weather rather than cold because it is perfect to play with water. To contribute to the chores, I usually run errands and sweep the floor. I have attended the feeding program for almost two years. What I like the most about receiving Bible lessons is praying. This place has been a great blessing for me because I have made many friends there. My parents pray that God blesses the hands of all those who support the social work of LW-Adopt A Child and that He showers each member of the LW staff with good health. My parents felt motivated to enroll me in the program because they knew each benefit this charity organization has provided for many children here in Zone 5.

I am pleased to tell you that my parents are in good health. They work hard to support our family, but it has been a little challenging since everything has risen in price. Could you please pray for us? My father works hard by installing PVC windows, while my mother works hard in a textile factory by operating a machine. We are members of the Catholic Church called San Jose, and what motivates us to persevere there is the unity and listening to the gospel. To end this update, I want you to know that brother Juan Carlos (a member of the LW staff) recently shared the gospel with my mother as an encouragement to continue looking for God. He took advantage of that opportunity to collect all this information. Until next time!
