My Story

Hello! This is Jaiden Dilan Morente Gomez and I am blessed to be part of the Feeding Center since one year ago when my mother enrolled me. The most interesting piece is that my father also was registered in this Project when he was a child. He told me that he loved to receive the Bible classes and he received a Bible as a gift in that time. He enrolled me due to his nice experience and the nice plate of delicious meals for free. He is grateful for the benefits that I get and I enjoy attending the Bible classes because I like to pray and listen to the word of God.

I am five years old and I am in pre kinder this year. I help my mother to feed the pigs that we have. My favorite weather is cold because I take advantage of this to play. I live with my parents at home and I would like to ask for your prayers for my mother because she continues suffering from severe headaches. She visited the Public Health Center, and her health has improved a little. Nowadays, she earns a living as a day laborer to support my father with the home expenses, and he is working as a mason`s helper. My father and I are in good health.

Thankfully, we continue seeking God in the Catholic Church because we like to listen to the word of God on Sundays. If he asks us someday: why should I allow you to enter heaven, we will answer him: because we received your son Jesus in our hearts. My father helped the LW teacher to collect this information and he was encouraged to continue seeking God. The teacher also prayed for my family and jobs. Thank you for your support and love.
