Hello! My name is Frenkli and I am happy to share with you about myself. I am 7 years old and my birthday is on April. My health is good. My favorite color is black and my future dream is to become a police. I started to frequent school on September last year. At first I had to get used to going to school, learning and completing homework in the house. I got to know my class friends as well as my first teacher who will teach me for the coming five years. We start school in the morning and I enjoy spending the first part of my day there. The school is in the village, not very far from my house and I walk to get there. After school, I get together with my friends and spend a while playing outside. I have a bicycle too and now that the weather is nice and sunny, I am riding the bicycle around, near my house. I have a brother who is older and we share the same bicycle together. We spend together a lot of time, especially when we sit and study to get prepared for the next school day. When we study, usually our mother checks our homework before we deliver it to the teachers. I still enjoy playing with toys and spend a while to play inside the house, during the evenings.
I live in a village near Perrenjas. We visit this town often, especially during weekends when we need to do shopping and go there also for other reasons, such as to be seen by the doctors or receive services from the local community. Our house offers good conditions for us. I have in my family my father, mother and older brother. He and I are registered together in the sponsorship program and we are happy to go to the Bible classes and learn about the Lord. We constantly receive food packages and other help coming from the church and the program and we are happy to Adopt a Child for the physical and spiritual care offered to us. My father together with other men in the village work in the mine, collecting chrome and selling it to the persons who come to buy this mineral from them. The mine is closed, but many men in the village still go into the galleries and collect this mineral individually to sell it and earn their living. My father, through this job gets income and covers whatever is most needed in our family. My parents own land, but they are not dealing a lot with agriculture. My mother usually plants vegetables for consumption and she also collects fruits from our trees to make fruit juice or jam for us to consume during our meals. We live with low income and we are happy for every help and support coming through the program. God bless you in abondance.
