My Story

Hello and greetings. Thank you for reading my history which I am telling by asking the questions that the team of Adopt a Child is asking me and my mother. My name is Sara. I am doing well and am healthy child. I am 4 years old and my birthday is on June 30^th. My favorite color is red. I like all bright colors and when I color, I usually like to use strong colors and not light ones. I go to kindergarten where I spend the first part of the day. My mother walks me there every morning and at midday, one of my sisters comes to walk me back in the house. When I return from kindergarten, I like to take my bicycle or scooter and ride and cycle in front of my house. When I go inside the house, I spend time to color, draw and watch cartoons. I have also got very few dolls and spend some time playing with them. I am very active and in to many things so my mother stays very close to me. I live close to the town and have seven persons in my family. They are my father, mother, two sisters and grandmother. Two of my sisters are frequenting school and are also in the program. My mother is pregnant and soon our family will be added with another brother or sister of mine. My father works loading or unloading tracks in supermarkets, construction companies, or deals with fire wood, when the people hire him to carry the wood inside the house and pile them. Through this job he provides less and we are quite a big family. My mother is jobless and she does housekeeping only. Especially during this year, she will not do a whole lot because of her pregnancy. My sisters are older and they are helping her a lot do cooking and cleaning, but still her day is busy. I am frequenting the program together with my sisters and we receive every six weeks food packages. Every time they are delivered, we as family receive three packages. I come to the Bible classes every Sunday together with both my sister and we receive care spiritually. Thank you for your generosity and care and God bless you!
