My Story

Dear Sponsor: Your sponsored child Gerardo, says hello with much love. First of all, I want to send my sincerest thanks for allowing me to be part of the feeding program. I have attended for three years and it has been a blessed experience. What I like best is to sing praises to God. Let me tell you that I am doing my best at school. I am in 5^th grade. I am growing a lot and I am 11 years old now. I am a healthy child. My chore at home is to feed the animals. I enjoy the hot season because it is the best time to drink cold beverages. I like to attend a church along with my mother.

I thank God for blessing me with a wonderful family and parents who work hard to provide us with what we need to live. My father struggles to support us by working as a truck driver around our town. My mother helps my father to improve our incomes by making tortillas to sell in her own business. Our family attends a Catholic church. The Evangelism teachers shared the gospel and encouraged my mother to seek God´s way, and she listened attentively. My mother is grateful for the support that I have received through the feeding program. I would like to ask for your prayers that God will continue to bless our family as He has done so far. May God bless each one who makes the feeding program possible.
