My Story

It is such a blessing to greet you through this letter. My full name is Paula Esmeralda Mechen Tipaz and I am so happy to share a little bit about my life with you. Before doing it, I want you to know that my mother helped me to compose this letter. I am 5 years old and because of my young age, I still do not attend school. What I love doing the most is playing with my dolls. I have attended the feeding program for about two years. What I like the most about receiving Bible lessons is singing. My mother appreciates all the support that my family and I have received at LW-Adopt A Child since it has been a great blessing. God has been faithful with us all the time, and proof of that, my whole family and I are in good health. My father works hard as a farmer in our village, while my mother is dedicated to taking care of me.

She is also a seamstress and sells typical bed sheets that she embroiders herself to contribute to the expenses. We attend Church of Christ and my mother has assurance of being admitted into Heaven because she accepted Jesus in her heart. Sister Jessica (a member of the LW staff) recently encouraged her to continue looking for God, which my mother really appreciated. To end this letter, I tell you that I like both cold and hot weather. I wonder, which one is your favorite and why?
