My Story

My name is Melisa Sofia, and I want to share with you a little about my family and me. I am 14 years old, and I am a student. I am attending 8^th grade on Saturdays. During the week, I help to do the cleaning and take care of my younger siblings. I also help my mother with her sales when she has to go out to work. I have been attending the feeding program for one year, and I like the Bible classes because we learn about God; He is our best role model. We are now in winter, and I like it because you can drink coffee due to the cold weather. I tell you that my mother helped me with this letter, and she always blesses this ministry because it has been a great help for us as a family. She has felt free to send us to the feeding program because we receive delicious food and medical attention. She is the only one who covers our needs. She works as a maid and also sells second-hand clothes.

I would like to work in the children’s area at my church. We are members of one called The Calvary, and I am motivated to attend it because we are like a united family. My family and I know that we are God’s children and we have been obedient, so we believe that God will let us enter His Kingdom.  We are grateful to LW Evangelism team because they have taken the opportunity to share God’s Word with us and have encouraged us to continue seeking Him. I just want to end my letter asking for your prayers for my family, our health and daily provision. May God bless you!
