My Story

Kind regards from Guatemala! I am pleased to share my updated information with you through this letter. I hope you find it engaging. I am Sergio Yeferson Armando Garcia Toj, and I am 4 years old. I am still too young to go to school, so I stay home and play with my toy cars alongside my cousin, Marvin. We get along wonderfully, so we are friends. I am grateful to God for having a loving family. The moment I enjoy the most is celebrating my birthday with them because they always buy a delicious cake to make me feel special. About my health, let me tell you that I sometimes suffer from stomachaches, but my mother will take me to the LW clinics soon. I am so happy to share that my mother is the best mother ever! She is dedicated to taking care of me. I enjoy spending time with her.

As you remember, we live with my maternal grandparents. She raises and sells chickens and pigs to cover our needs and help with the household expenses. She sometimes works as a day laborer, too. We attend the Prince of Peace Church. My mother enjoys participating in vigils and fasting at church. She told me that Jesus is God’s son, so we can count on Him always. I am glad because He is also my friend. Thank you so much for reading my information! I want you to know that my mother and a member of the LW staff helped me write this.
