My Story

Hello! this is Karina Rovelina de la Cruz Gonzalez and I began attending the Feeding Program four years ago when my mother enrolled me because she heard about the support for needy children. Nowadays, I enjoy the benefits and like to pray before eating my lunch in the Feeding Center. I also like to attend the Bible classes.

I live with my parents at home and by the grace of God, they are doing well. My sisters-in-law and nephews also are living with us and share the home expenses with my parents. My mother is a housewife and my father is doing farm jobs. Also, he is a typical day laborer to sustain the family financially. I help my mother to wash dishes. I am in 5^th grade and I am eleven years old. My favorite weather is cold.

I like to attend the Sunday School from my church and I would like to serve God in this area in the future. I attend the Sovereign Christian Church with my family, and we like to pray and fast. We are secure to go to heaven because we have accepted Jesus in our hearts. My sister-in-law Encarnacion shared all this information to the LW teacher during the visit. The teacher prayed for my whole family. It was a blessing for me to send you my little letter and I hope you like to read it. Greetings to you!
