Hello! I cordially greet you, hoping this letter reaches you on time. First, I kindly ask you to pray for my family and me. I am Leonardo Jose Luis, and I want to share that my mother passed away this year. When I found out, I could not believe it. That was the most impactful experience I have ever had, but God has given me the strength to be well. I am 8 years old, and I am in first grade. I am grateful to Jesus because He is my Savior. I love learning about Him at my church, Prince of Peace. My family and I enjoy taking part in the Thanksgiving services for the harvest because they are really engaging. Today, I live under the care of my oldest sister, Vilma Roxana Riz Luis.
She is 24 years old, and I identify with her so much because she has been supportive and nurturing to my sister Yensi and me throughout all this time. She prepares and sells tamales to contribute to the household expenses. She got married to a good man who strives to cover our needs. Her husband’s name is Daniel Elias Tzoy Morente. He is 27 years old, and he makes a living as a mason’s helper. By the grace of the Lord, none of us has gotten sick so far. Now, let me tell you that I made a good friend a few months ago. His name is Yobany. We usually meet to play soccer. It is time to say goodbye, but I want you to know that my oldest sister and I shared all this information with LW just for you. May God bless you!
In Jesus’ name,
Leonardo Jose Luis
