My Story

I feel so blessed because I have the privilege to greet you and tell you my little story. This is Sonia Elizabeth Mendez de la Cruz and I want you to know that my parents and whole family are doing fine and in good health. By the grace of God, everything goes well at home. He has been so faithful and good for us all the time. I am thankful and happy because it has been my best experience.

My mother`s name is Raymunda, and at the moment, she is raising and selling her cows and hens to get some income. My father`s name is Gregorio and he is a day laborer. Moreover, he collects firewood to sell and support the family financially. My father is a hardworking man and I admire him. My mother is assured of her salvation and she helped to collect this information. LW team encouraged her to continue seeking God because as a family we are members of Prince of Peace Christian Church. We like to fast and we participate in vigils to God.

This is Sonia Elizabeth Mendez de la Cruz and I am a six-year-old girl. My best friend is Deysi and we like to play dolls together. I am not studying yet due to my age as you know, I stay at home with my mother every day. Thank you for taking the time to read my letter. I send you all the best!
