My Story

This is a good opportunity to greet you and also to tell you my little story. I want you to know that I am a fifth grade student and I feel happy because I have passed my previous grades at school. I feel the presence of God in my heart and his joy because I know that only he has given me the wisdom to learn the subjects and to reach my goals. I have two friends and they are Adan and Henry. We have been friends since we were younger and I like to play soccer with them. I am a healthy eleven year old boy and my name is Cristian Alexis Omar Garcia de Leon.

I believe that Jesus is the son of God and he came to die for our sins. We are members of Prince of Peace Christian Church and we like the thanksgiving service for our crops. My mother was encouraged by LW team to continue in God`s path although she is assured of her salvation. She helped to collect this information.

My mother`s name is Lucia de Leon and my father`s name is Arturo Garcia. He struggles every day by working as a farmer and day laborer. Moreover, he travels to the coast to cut sugar cane every 6 months. By the grace of God, he is in good health while my mother is suffering from a hernia in her lower belly. Fortunately, she visited the doctor and she needs a surgery, but she does not have enough money to cover the cost. Meanwhile she is taking some pills to calm the pain. I would like to ask for your prayers for her. At the moment, she continues raising her hens and pigs to sell in spite of her health, and she also does the housework. She earns extra money by selling radishes that she grows. My parents are doing their best for our well-being and I love them. May God bless you greatly!
