My Story

My dear Padrinos, how are you? This is your sponsored child Alicia Manuela Pacheco Torquez and it is a pleasure for me to greet you through this. I want you to know that in the past, I frequently got sick, but now I am enjoying good health. God healed me and I am thankful to him. Karla is the name of my best friend and we like to play dolls when we are together. We have been friends since we are younger. I am a second grader and I am a seven-year-old girl. I am in good health, but I am worried about my father`s health. He suffered a motorcycle accident four months ago and the doctor said that he needed a surgery in his right foot. Sadly, the wound is infected and he has a lot of pain. Currently, he has not visited the doctor due to a lack of money. I would like to ask for your prayers for him. Currently, he is not able to work, but thankfully my maternal grandmother, Maria Ramos, is supporting my family economically because she has her own grocery store.

My mother`s name is Reyna and she does the housework, and she also raises hens to sell and get some income. I admire her because she takes care of me with much love. She is assured of her salvation in Jesus and she was encouraged by LW team to continue seeking God. Jesus is my helper through the difficult times. Along with my family, we are attending the Christian Life Church and we like to participate in the thanksgiving service for our first crops. Well, thank you for your support and love.
