My Story

I greet you cordially and it is my privilege to tell you that I have been blessed by LW Adopt-A-Child and the Feeding Center since two years ago when my mother enrolled me. The most important thing is that my mother also was a registered child in this project. She remembers that she loved the songs and games with children in the past, and she also learned the word of God. Now I am receiving the special benefits and I thank you very much.

My name is Sofia Abigail de la Cruz Gonzalez and I am ten years old. I am in fourth grade and I like to sweep the floor at home. My dream is to become a Bible teacher from my church. As you know, we are members of Liberty Christian Church from LW and we like the praise and the word of God. My mother and family are assured of our salvation in Jesus because he has forgiven our sins, and we have new life in Christ when we accept him. We will be in heaven someday. LW teacher prayed for health upon my family and my mother provided all this information during the visit. She continues doing the chores at home and taking care of the family while my father is working as a farmer and day laborer to sustain us. I am glad because they are doing fine and living with us. By the grace of God, I am in good health. This is all for now and I send you many blessings from God!
