My Story

Special regards! My full name is Oscar Vitalino Jimon Lopez, and I am glad to share a little about my life with you. Before telling you my news, I want you to know that my mother and a member of the LW staff helped me to write this letter. I am 6 years old and fortunately, everything is running well at school. I am in kindergarten. God has been good with my family and me. My father told me that Jesus is the best friend that we can count on in the most challenging moments. I want to share that I have a good emotional connection with my father.

He takes me in his tuk-tuk, so I can watch how he drives. He told me that he will teach me how to drive when I am older. I enjoy eating a snack while we spend time together. He makes a living as a tuk-tuk taxi driver. He also works as a day laborer. About my mother, let me tell you that she is a good seamstress. She works hard to help my father with the expenses. I want you to know that we like our church because of the engaging activities, like the First Fruit presentation. We are members of the Methodist Church, Rock of Salvation.
