My Story

Hello! It is such a blessing to share my updated information with you through this letter. I am Erik Aldair Chivalan Gutierrez and I have attended the feeding program for about two years. Thanks to your loving support, I can enjoy delicious meals. I do not attend school because of my young age. Fortunately, I am in good health and I have fun playing with my toys. What I like the most about my church is attending the Bible lessons alongside my sister Nailyn. As you know, we are members of the Christian Church New Jerusalem. I tell you that my mother is grateful to sister Yesenmia (a member of the LW staff) because she could listen to the gospel to strengthen her faith and be assured about her salvation. Fortunately, she and the rest of my family are doing well.

My mother is a housewife and dedicates herself to taking care of my sister and me, while my father works hard to support our family. He has been in the United States for about two years. He is in touch with us every three days and works as a cook at a restaurant. They are grateful to LW-Adopt A Child and you for all the blessings I can receive. They also had the opportunity to attend the feeding program when they were children and what they enjoyed the most were the soccer championships and Christmas activities. This is all for now, but I send you many kisses and hugs. Looking forward to hearing your news soon.
