My Story

Good morning! My full name is Juan Rolando Elias Jimon de la Cruz. I want you to know that I am doing well alongside my whole family. I love cold weather because it is so comfortable to walk and to do many tasks. I help to gather grass to feed the pigs. I am 8 years old and I am in 2^nd grade this year. I have attended the Feeding Program for three years and I want to tell you that my parents also attended when they were children. Their experience was nice because they feel nostalgia when they talk about the activities and Christmas gifts. Now, my siblings and I are enjoying the blessing to belong to the Project.

My father sustains us financially. He does farm jobs, and he is a day laborer. My mother is a housewife and she also contributes to the home expenses when she sells the hens and pigs that she raises. My parents are doing their best for our family, and thankfully they are in good health. My mother provided all this information to the LW teacher, and she asks for your prayers for provision from God for my father`s job and also for health for us. We are a Christian family and we go to the Methodist Church to learn about his word, and we give our lives to him. We are secure in our salvation because our trust is in God.
