Special hugs from Guatemala! I am Elmer Otoniel Chibalan Toma, and I want to share my updated information with you. My mother told me that I used to get sick with a cough or fever frequently, but my body is stronger now. My parents are grateful to the Lord for keeping me healthy. I am glad because they are also doing well. I am a healthy 6-year-old boy. I still do not attend school, but I hope to do it soon. I like spending time with my father, especially when we gather firewood for our consumption. He works as a day laborer and farmer to support our family. On the other hand, my mother is dedicated to taking care of me and doing the chores. She also raises and sells chickens at home.

Let me tell you that I made a good friend about one year ago. His name is Edgar. We have fun playing with our toys and talking. About my spiritual life, I want you to know that my family and I enjoy participating in the Thanksgiving services at church. Our church’s name is Prince of Peace.
