My Story

Hello! How are you? I hope this letter finds you in good health. My name is Heidy Mariela, and I want to share a little about my family and me. First, let’s talk about my loved ones. My mother takes care of us very well, and she raises hens and pigs for selling. I do not have information about my biological father since he abandoned us. I have a stepfather whose name is Jose Maria, and he is in the United States. He has been part of my family for five years, and he is our main supporter. He is working in a milk factory there, and he sends us money every fifteen days; we have a good communication with him.

I am in good health, and I attended school this year. I was in 4^th grade, and it has always been a good experience to pass another grade; they are my best experiences. I am sure God has protected me all my way to school. I have a friend named like me “Heidy”, and we like attending school together; I met her two years ago. I enjoy talking with my mom, and she is the person with whom I identify most. My family and I are attending the Catholic Church, and our favorite masses are those where we thank God for the harvest. LW Evangelism team has encouraged us to continue trusting in God. They talked with my mother during their visit, and she helped me to give them my information. I hope you find it interesting.
