My Story

Hello! I send you greetings in this beautiful day and I hope you and your family are doing fine. I want to tell you a little about my family and me with this letter in this opportunity.  I hope you enjoy reading my updated information because it is specially for you with all my love.

About my family: They are grateful for every benefit that I have received from the LW Ministries. Currently, we are attending the Christian Life Church. The LW teacher encouraged my grandmother to continue seeking God during the visit and she is grateful for the beautiful words. My mother`s name is Marcelina De La Cruz Morente. Nowadays, she is working in the tortillas business in Guatemala City in order to support me financially. She comes to visit me every three months. She is in good health and she accepted Jesus in her heart one year ago. I am living under the care of my grandmother while she works. Her name is Ana Maria Morente and she is 51 years old. She raises hens for our consumption and she grows corn and black beans for us. I ask for your prayers for protection over my mother`s life.

About myself: I am Oscar Mauricio De La Cruz De La Cruz and I am 7 years old. I am a healthy boy. Unfortunately, I am repeating the 1^st grade at school this year and I go to study in the mornings. I spend my weekend playing with toy cars and soccer. LW Ministries has blessed my family and my life through the delicious meals for lunch like “pulique” (a typical dish) which I love eating and with medicines in the medical clinic and the medical campaign where I go for a checkup on my health. I enjoyed receiving the special gift during the Christmas celebration at the Feeding Center in December. May God bless you!
