My Story

I lovingly greet you in the name of Jesus, hoping you are doing well. Before introducing myself, I thank you so much for taking the time to read this letter. I am Jenifer Joselyn Manuela Garcia Jimon, and I am 12 years old. Fortunately, I am in good health. I am glad because I am in fifth grade. I attend school in the morning and help my mom with the household chores in the afternoon. On weekends, I have fun playing with my little siblings. Talking about my family, let me tell you that everybody is in good health. My mom is a housewife and raises hens and turkeys to sell. With her income, she does her best to cover the expenses and needs of our family. We are glad because we have enough space at home for our domestic animals and we grow corn for our consumption. As for my father, let me tell you that he left our house many years ago because he has another family. However, he still helps us economically every month. I ask you to pray for my whole family and me and for our provision. In advance, thank you so much!

Let me tell you that we are a Catholic family. My mom welcomed Jesus as her Savior many years ago. A teacher of the LW evangelism team visited and congratulated my mom for trusting in her salvation. At the end of the visit, the teacher also encouraged my mom to continue seeking God. I am so glad to be part of LW-Adopt A Child. My family and I have been blessed with food at the feeding program. That is one of the greatest blessings for us. I am the happiest child in the program when the staff prepares fried chicken. That is my favorite food! I enjoy celebrating Christmas at Living Water because the staff gives me a lovely Christmas gift. I will leave you now, but I send you many kisses and hugs. I hope to hear from you soon.
