My Story

Hello! This is a small letter to tell you a little about my family and me. My whole name is Jenifer Joselyn Manuela Garcia Jimon, and thank God, I am fine and healthy. I am 13 years old, and I am attending 6^th grade this year. I have a friend, Kimberly, and I met her four years ago. We like playing soccer and doing our homework together. I identify a lot with my mom because she teaches me how to do things, like the household chores. I tell you that one of my saddest experiences has been my parents’ separation. It was a hard situation for me, but God consoled me and I could feel His presence in my life.

My dad has another family and lives far away from us. He comes to bring us economic support every three months, and after that, we do not have any type of communication with him. My mother is a strong woman, and she works hard to improve our income. She is a day laborer, and she raises hens and pigs for selling. Thankfully, she is in good health. For me, Jesus is God’s son and the one who came to this world to die for our sins. At the moment, we are not attending a church. LW Evangelism team has shared God’s word with us and has encouraged us to seek a church; we hope to take a decision soon. My mother helped me with this letter, and we close it thanking you for taking the time to read it.
