I am so happy and grateful to the Lord for allowing me to write this letter to you. This is Corina Mileydi Garcia Tecum, and I am 11 years old. Fortunately, I am in good health. I hope you are also doing well. I am in fifth grade at school this year. I attend school in the morning. I usually help my mom with the household chores on weekends because I have more time to do them. My favorite food is fried chicken. I like having it for lunch at the feeding program. I enjoy going there with my sister because the cooks prepare delicious food. That is a great blessing for us! I celebrated Christmas at the feeding program last year. My favorite part of that activity were the dramas. Helping is one of my strengths, so I would like to help the LW staff as a volunteer.
Let me tell you that my family is in good health. My father is the one who covers all the needs and expenses at home. He works as a mason’s helper. My mom is a housewife and sells soda out of our home to help my father with her income. For our consumption, we raise some chickens and pigs at home. We also grow corn and beans. I attend the Catholic Church alongside my family. Fortunately, my parents received Jesus in their hearts many years ago. My mom is sure about her salvation and appreciates the encouraging words the LW evangelism team gave her to continue growing spiritually. I say goodbye to you now, but my mom asks for your prayers for my siblings and me. In advance, thank you so much!
Sincerely yours,
Corina Mileydi Garcia Tecum
