My Story

This is Erik Rodrigo Subuyuj Burrion, and I am so happy to write this letter to you. How are you doing? I hope you are doing great alongside your loved ones. Let me tell you that I am a healthy 7-year-old boy. I am in kindergarten this year. So, I attend school from 8:00 to 13:30 hrs. I like playing soccer the most, so I take advantage of weekends to practice that sport with my brother. I also do homework on weekends. I am glad because I have a great family. My stepfather makes a living as a carpenter to cover our needs and expenses at home.

On the other hand, my mom keeps busy doing the household chores and looking after me. We have two lovely dogs at home as pets. Fortunately, everybody is in good health. I ask you to pray for us so the Lord keeps us healthy. We are grateful to the LW staff for sharing the gospel and encouraging us to attend church since we do not do it. Besides that, LW-Adopt a Child has blessed me with delicious food and bible classes. What I love having the most is pepian (Guatemalan typical casserole) for lunch at the feeding program. Last year, I had so much fun celebrating Christmas alongside other children and receiving a Christmas gift at LW. I will leave you now, but I hope you like my information.
