My Story

Good morning! I greet you cordially in this morning. My full name is Cristian Camilo Mancera Gonzalez. Thank you for the opportunity to belong to the Feeding Program for five years and also for the hot meals, dental and medical clinics for free that I get. One of my mother’s friends told her about the Project and she enrolled me. She is grateful for the blessings for me.

I live with my mother at home and currently, she earns a living by selling ice cream and popcorn at schools from our village. As you know, she is under medical treatment due to her illnesses and she takes her medicines. I want to tell you that currently, my father is contributing to our home expenses every two months although he is not living with us. He earns a living as a guard. My brother and I are in communication with him.

Nowadays, we are attending the Christian Church and we like to listen to the word of God. As a family, we are happy to attend. I like to help serve the Holy Supper. I know that we need to be good people and help others to enter heaven. The LW teacher prayed for health for my family. I provided this information to the teacher. I sweep and wash dishes. I love cold weather because I like to wear my warm clothing to sleep comfortably. I am in 7^th grade and I am thirteen.  Thankfully, I am in good health. I hope you enjoy reading my letter.
