My Story

Hi! It is a pleasure to greet you in the name of Jesus and hope you are doing fine. I want to share with you a little about my family and me.  I am Anderson Elizandro Grave Morente and I am 13 years old.  As a family, we continue attending the Full Gospel Church five days a week. We are grateful to the LW evangelism team for their encouraging words to my mother during the visit. I want to tell you that she already has Jesus in her heart. This year I studied the 6^th grade at school.  I received face-to-face classes every day and learned a lot with this study method due to the good explanations received from my teachers. Nowadays, school fees are expensive, but my mother made an effort to support me with school expenses. My dream is to continue with my studies. My native language is the Quiche Mayan dialect, so I would like to learn English which is a very interesting language. My favorite celebration of the year is Christmas because our custom is to light fireworks with my friends.  I like to drink Coca-Cola.  What I like about my birthday is that my mother buys a cake for me. Among sports, I prefer soccer. Thank God, my family and I are in good health.

My mother`s name is Martha Rutilia Grave Morente. She is 33 years old. Nowadays, she earns a living by working as a maid every day in Zacualpa village. We take care of ourselves while my mother goes out to work because she only has a part-time job. She is the only one who supports us financially. In addition, she raises hens at home. As a needy and humble family, our current needs are corn and groceries. We are very grateful to Living Water because we have been blessed with meals, medical and dental, and spiritual support. I want to say thank you for the Christmas gift that I receive every year`s end through LW.  I hope you enjoy reading my letter. May God bless you and take care of you!
