My Story

Hello! I greet you cordially and wish you a successful and blessed day alongside your loved ones. In this opportunity, I want to tell you a little about my family and me through this letter. Nowadays, I continue living with my aunt Rosa Maria Mejia Quexel. Currently, she does chores at home and takes care of the family. As you know, my parents separated some years ago because my mother established another family 7 years ago. My father´s name is Juan Estuardo Mejia Quexel. He is 42 years old. I want to let you know that my father left for the United States, and he works and lives there. He earns a living by working as a cook´s helper and he continues supporting us financially and we have communication with him. I want to let you know that we are attending Liberty Church from LW every Sunday. Thank you to the LW evangelism team who shared the gospel with my aunt and for their encouraging words during the visit. We are very grateful to Living Water because we have been blessed with meals, medical and dental, and spiritual support. I want to tell you that thank God, my family and I are in good health.

I am Yoselin Maricela Mejia Gonzalez, and I am 13 years old. Thank God, this year I am in 6^th grade at school. I receive face-to-face classes every day. I am learning a lot with this study method and spending time with my classmates. At the moment, my father is making an effort to support my sister and me at school in spite of the school fees being so expensive but thank God I have his help.  I speak Spanish where I live, so I would like to learn English; I think this is a very interesting language. My dream is to become a fashion designer. My favorite season of the year is summer because I like to go out. My favorite beverage is lemonade. What I like for my birthday is to spend that day with my aunt and family. Among sports, I prefer soccer. Thank you for the Christmas gift that I received at the end of the year through LW, and I hope you like my letter. May God bless you and take care of you!
