My Story

Hello! This is Victor Leonel and it is a pleasure to tell you a little about my life with you through this letter.

I hope this finds you doing well. My family and I attend the local Catholic Church in our community. We are grateful to LW because of all the material and spiritual help we receive there. For instance, a teacher of the evangelism team shared the gospel with my grandmother, Julia Garcia. It was a great encouragement to continue growing spiritually. Sadly, my father abandoned us many years ago. He either helps us economically. Therefore, my mother must work to support our family. Her name is Ingrid Acuta and she is 25 years old. She makes a living as a domestic employee. Because of her job, she visits us every fifteen days. While she works, my grandma takes care of my siblings and me. Thankfully, we are all in good health. However, everything is expensive and we do not have enough resources to buy our needs like school supplies. Our greatest needs are a new bed, a closet, groceries, and school supplies for my brother and me. We raise a few domestic animals. There are twenty chickens and four ducks at home. As for me, I want you to know that I turned seven years old in March. What I love the most is eating a delicious lunch and cake to celebrate a new year of life with my family.

I am in first grade this year. I am glad because I am making new friends thanks to the face-to-face classes. I would love to become a lawyer and speak English. My favorite season is summer because I enjoy that time by going for walks. My favorite drinks are natural shakes and I love soccer. This is all for now, but before saying goodbye, I want you to know that my mother gave all this information to a teacher of LW to inform you about it.
