My Story

Hello! I am so blessed to be part of the feeding program from Living Water and receive support. My name is Katerin Maritza Ixchop Munoz. I am 15 years old. We are attending Catholic Church; it was so kind that the evangelism teacher took time to encourage us to seek God. Jesus is my savior. My mom is a domestic employee. My dad makes a living by washing cars. Thankfully, my parents support each other to supply our needs. However, they do not earn very much and we have gone through difficulties in the economic area. My mom suffers from high blood pressure, and fortunately, she is already taking medicines. Besides that, we are doing well.

Fortunately, I passed my grade last year, and now, I am a ninth grader. I am very thankful to God and my parents for the opportunity to attend school. I recognize God is giving me the wisdom I need to move forward in my studies. I have a good relationship with my mom; she supports me and is with me all the time. I would like you to know that I shared this information with an evangelism teacher to update you about me. This is all for now, I hope to hear news from you very soon. Many and abundant blessings!
