My Story

I send you warm greetings from Guatemala hoping you are doing well wherever you are. I am writing this letter to tell you how my family and I are doing. Thankfully, I am in good health. I am 9 years old, and I am repeating 2^nd grade this year. Samuel has been my friend for 3 years, and we love playing soccer and riding bicycles in our free time. One of my happiest experiences was when I saw a beautiful place called “Los Aposentos”. I could see nature and hard-working people. I am sure God provided the resources to make this trip possible, and He also kept us safe. For me, Jesus is my Savior and King.

I identify a lot with my mom because she is a strong woman who gives me her love and good advice. I would like to ask for your prayers for her because it has been difficult for her to cover all our needs like schooling, rent and food expenses. Only God has helped her to go ahead. She is now working as a waitress in a Chinese restaurant; thankfully, she is in good health. As a family, we are attending Christian Embassy Church, and my mom loves serving at church. She helped me with this letter, and I hope you find it interesting. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
