My Story

This is Brandon Leonel Mencho Solares, and I am writing this to update my 2023 information. First, I will tell you about my family. Currently, my mother is the only one who attends church; the rest of us is not doing it. We have one cat and one dog as pets. We are a humble family, and our greatest needs are groceries, clothes and shoes. My father’s name is Leonel. He is 45 years old, and he works as a tailor to support us. My mother’s name is Erika. She is 47 years old, and she works in a textile factory in the quality control area. I would like to ask you to pray for them because they are suffering from diabetes and are under a medical treatment at the Guatemalan Social Security Institute.

Now let me tell you a little about myself. I am 8 years old, and I am healthy. I was in 2^nd grade this year, and I was happy to receive face-to-face classes because I learned more. It was difficult for my mother to cover my school expenses because everything was expensive. I do not know yet which profession I want to have in the future. My favorite celebration is Christmas because I am on vacation. I enjoy eating cake when it is my birthday. I prefer soccer as a sport, and I love drinking sodas like Coca-Cola. I would like to learn English language someday. Living Water is very important in my life, and I am grateful for all the support received like grocery bags and medical care. I hope to hear from you soon.
