My Story

Hello, everybody! I am so happy to write this letter and tell you a little about my life. My name is Cleilder Yurandy Olayo Salazar and I prefer hot weather rather than cold. I am a healthy 15-year-old boy. I am in sixth grade at school and I usually clean my bedroom and do other chores to help my mother. I have attended the feeding program for three years. My mother felt motivated to take me there because she had the opportunity to enjoy delicious food at this project when she was a child. She told me that it was nice to see how the building was constructed.

Today, she is a healthy woman and works hard at a plant nursery to support me. We live in a rented house, which belongs to my aunt. We still do not attend any church, but I hope we can do it soon. I believe that having a good behavior and respecting elderly people will help me to be admitted into Heaven. Sister Raquel (a member of the LW staff) recently encouraged me to continue doing these things to honor God. She also shared the scriptures and advised me to attend a church soon. To end this short letter, I send you many kisses and hugs. I look forward to hearing from you.
