Hello! I greet you cordially and wish you a happy and blessed day with your loved ones. I want to share some news about my family and me through this letter. I am Simion Alexander Luis Calel and I am 6 years old. I want to let you know that we continue attending the Charismatic Church every Tuesday. We are grateful to the LW evangelism team for their encouraging words, so my mother is sure of her salvation in Jesus. This year, I am in kindergarten at school. I receive face-to-face classes and I am learning a lot. Currently, my father is making an effort to support my sister and me at school in spite of the school fees being so expensive. My dream is to work in a grocery store in order to earn my own money. My native language is the Quiche Mayan dialect, so I would like to learn English; I think this is a very interesting language. My favorite celebration of the year is Christmas because I light fireworks. Soccer is the sport that I prefer. I do not celebrate my birthday due to a lack of financial resources. “Mosh” is my favorite beverage (a typical drink made with oatmeal). By the grace of God, my family and I are in good health.
My mother`s name is Maria Calel Garcia. She is 38 years old. Nowadays, she continues doing chores at home. In addition, she raises hens for the family´s consumption. My father`s name is Rigoberto Luis Idelfonso. He is 38 years old. At the moment, he continues living and working in the United States. He earns a living by doing the cleaning in a restaurant in order to support us with our expenses. Thank God, we have good communication with him. We are a humble family, and our current needs are groceries. We are grateful to Living Water because we have been blessed with meals, medical and dental, and spiritual support. Thank you for the Christmas gift that I receive at the year´s end. Thank you for reading my letter. May God bless you greatly!
Huge hugs,
Simion Alexander Luis Calel
